前两排是他写的 后面是现代的一些作者写的
“第一最好不相见，如此便可不相恋。第二最好不相知，如此便可不相思。”和“但曾相见便相知，相见何如不见时。安得与君相诀绝，免教生死作相思。”是仓央嘉措的同一首诗歌（原文是藏文）的不同译本。中间的“第三”到“第十”，据作家桐华称，为其读者“白衣悠蓝”观看书《步步惊心》后的续写。因一共十条，被网友冠以《十诫诗》之名，仓央嘉措的原诗并没有名字。 ——摘自百度百科
